James Leonard has 18 years of professional experience in systems engineering, management and IT. He is an experienced systems engineer, program manager, web and software developer. James holds a Bachelors of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity Administration from Syracuse University, a Phd in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, a Bachelors of General Studies from UCONN, a Bachelors of Science in Technology Management from Kansas State Univeristy, a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Masters of Engineering from Catholic University of America, a Masters of Policy Management from Georgetown University, and a MBA from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. James is married to his wife Jenny and is father to Conor, Evelyn, and Nathaniel.
Kyle Singleton has over 20 years of management experience. He is experienced in systems engineering, project and program management, and strategic planning. Kyle holds a Bachelors in Political Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park. Kyle is married to his wife Melissa and father of Aron, Alexa, and Tyler.
Thomas Kline started his career at NSA in 1997 through its Co-Op program while attending the University of Akron. After graduating with a BS in Electrical Engineering, Tom accepted a full time position at NSA and moved to MD in early 2000. Tom spent the next 5 years traveling around the globe, deploying information systems in 40+ countries, working with extraordinary patriots in the field, while experiencing the diverse landscapes and culture. In 2005, Tom became a government contractor and a System Engineer with ACI, Henggeler Computer Consultants, and iNovex Information Systems. Tom turned his focus to IT Infrastructure and virtualization technology, and met Kyle Singleton while teamed on a joint initiative. Kyle introduced Tom to his good friend and colleague James Leonard and the three of them began planning the launch of Evlos Technology. Tom is married to his wife April, and father to Thomas and Scarlett.
Established in 2016, Evlos Technology provides: Systems and Software Engineering, Systems Engineering and Technical (SETA) Services, Business Process Reengineering, IT Project Management, and Executive Level Staff Support.
